Improvements: The new screw has a rounded top, which is more difficult to grasp when tightening. The original disk shape is easier to grab with a pliers.
Superior customer service

All of us occasionally have a screw loose, er, have a screw come loose. When the screw on my black Noble Buffalo belt went missing, Noble Buffalo immediately sent me a replacement! Thank you!
