Improvements: I had usual problems with the upload of the photo. Perhaps on my end as I used IOS, Mac, and Windows for the photo. Have not previously encountered the problem. May retry using just the Mac.

Great pliability of the leather and sharp look

I really appreciate the honesty and upfront information from Ben. This was the last leather of the season and did not appear as the photo described. He told me up front he would be glad to cancel and refund the purchase or offered a discount for the belt. He sent a photo of the leather. I said it still looks classy if not as well defined and I think I will just accept the discounted price. I frankly think I made the correct decision. Regardless unlike entities with lesser standards of conduct he told me upfront this was not the leather in the photo, and he would not have the other leather until later in the season. I appreciated the heads up and I made the decision. The pliability of the belt is absolutely fantastic. The belt is if you will a little dressier which is fine. I like it so well I may revisit the bison with the next order of hide. I may purchase another next fall. Great company to do business with. Hard to find in this era.

Excellent multi-function belt

I have already explored the belt with Kaki's, Chino's and jeans. Looks good with all for casual wear. Really good quality of leather and workmanship. I got the roller buckle for this weight of leather and the two extra holed. Instructions for sizing were perfect. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BEN HELPING ON ALL THREE ORDERS. TOP TIER.

Purchasing a belt from Ben was a wonderful experience. First, the belt itself is amazing and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The size is perfect and the quality is superb. I love wearing it. Second, Ben provides top notch customer service. Just a few days out from my wedding, following a last-minute change in circumstances, I reached out to ask if he could make and ship a belt to me. Ben’s responses are fast and he seemed happy to complete a rush order for my big day. Two days later, I had Ben’s belt in hand and was ready for all the festivities! The whole while, I felt like my belt needs were in good hands with Ben.
