Noble Buffalo Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Due to labor and material costs to create made-to-order products, we do not issue refunds for returned products. We can, however, help with size exchanges. Contact us with any sizing questions prior to placing an order.
  • Color and texture can vary between belts and from the website photos. These belts are taken from real leather hides that come from different animals, so the color and texture will vary from belt to belt. We do not offer returns or exchanges on color, texture, or style.
  • Belt Size Exchanges:
    • A $25 /belt size exchange fee is due when a new length is requested.
    • Contact us here within 60 days of shipping-date to start a size exchange. Provide your original order number and the new size you need.
    • If that leather is out of stock, we'll issue store credit for the original value towards another leather type/color.
    • Ship new unworn items back within 7 days of starting the exchange process via email. (postmark within 7 days of your authorized return). Damaged items will incur additional restocking charges.
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of the original belt to Noble Buffalo.
    • For USA customers, Noble Buffalo will provide free shipping of the new belt to you.
    • For International customers, Noble Buffalo cannot provide free international shipping. Please email us to arrange shipping costs.
    • Once the original belt is returned, please allow up to 3 weeks for the new or altered belt to be returned to you.
    • Size exchanges are only valid for the same type of leather, leather color, hardware, hardware color, and width.
    • Maximum of one size exchange per belt.

    Cancellations

    • We do not accept order cancellations on belts due to the customization and sizing work that needs to be done on the leather. All items are handmade and we try to get started on your order ASAP. That being said, if you see an issue with your order, contact us to see if an adjustment (such as sizing/buckle/etc) can be made before shipment.
    • All non-belt items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if your order has not yet shipped.

    The Following Items Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

    • Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for:
      • Custom or personalized orders
      • Digital downloads

    Conditions Of Return

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for the original item. Belts must be unmodified and include all original hardware (buckle and screws). If the item is not returned in its original unworn condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
