This is a handmade to-order full grain leather belt. The leather is a rich Olive Green dyed strap of American Horween Chromexcel from their Chicago tannery. The belt itself will be handmade by Noble Buffalo in Saint Louis, MO just for you. This type of leather is soft, comfortable, water resistance, and long lasting. Perfect as a casual belt or a dress belt in the slimmer width. Horween CXL leather freshens up nicely with my in-house made leather balm.

Excellent Quality belt and finishing for the price, highly recommend
I purchased three belts from Noble Buffalo in March of 2025. A Classic English Bridle Leather Belt in Ebony Black and a Horween Chromexcel Leather Belt in Brown and one in Burgundy. All three in the standard 1.5" width.
I also asked to have the edge of all belts dyed or painted black.
I went with Noble Buffalo in part because I wanted leather belts made from a single piece of leather. No layers or pieces of leather glued together that separate with time.
All belts are of excellent quality and I expect I will wear them for decades. The black English bridle leather belt is more firm than the two Horween belts but I have been wearing it a few months and it is broken in nicely.
The buckles are all well-made, you can feel it in their weight, and I think they have a timeless, classic look.
I highly recommend Noble Buffalo and have to add that Ben was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. If you need a belt buy it from Noble Buffalo!

Beautiful Horween leather finished and constructed in a wonderful belt. The leather is very supple right out of the box and is a joy to wear. I can’t wait to see how this belt ages over time

Excellent craftsmanship! The leather is thick and the hardware seems sturdy. I love the coloring and look forward to thoroughly breaking this one in. It matches perfectly with my indigo boots, which is what I wanted.

I was looking for a simple belt but also wanted it to be tough and something I can use in the office. Amazingly, I found this. Not only good for outdoor use but also beautifully crafted and excellent for the office. Careful though- the finish is very soft and scratches easily. Nicely, it cleans up well and gives the belt character. I am very happy!

Dealing with Noble Buffalo has been a distinct pleasure. Ben's assistance in selecting two different belts certainly made my decision much easier. The quality of both leathers is superb. I only have two problems: Whether the Horween or the Buffalo will be my primary belt, and just who to leave these belts to when I die. Both will undoubtedly be around for a generation or so, only becoming better looking with age and wear. I have already recommended Noble Buffalo to others and will gladly continue to do so.
Omg, I LOVE this belt. I bought this to replace a 15 year old, worn every day, leather belt. And I totally foresee this one lasting a lifetime. It is so soft, yet thick, unlike any other belt I have seen or felt. Worth every penny and now my husband wants one for himself!
